SaleSync stores only the data required to operate: your shop domain, an API access token issued by Shopify, your subscription status, and the sale schedules you create (sale names, discount values, product or collection IDs, start and end times, and a backup of product prices used to restore them when a sale ends).
SaleSync does not collect, store, or process any customer personal data. No customer names, emails, addresses, order details, or payment information ever reach our systems.
Stored data is used solely to apply and revert product prices on the schedules you define. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics profiling.
When you uninstall SaleSync, your access token is invalidated immediately. Shop records and sale history are deleted in line with Shopify's mandatory data-erasure webhooks. You may also request deletion at any time via the support contact below.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. API credentials are never exposed to the browser.
